Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Please ensure you schedule your appointment in advance through our booking system or by contacting our office during business hours. Confirmation of your appointment is required within 24 hours of booking, and timely notification of any cancellations or rescheduling is appreciated.
Cancellation policies
For photography sessions, cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total session cost. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Payment policies
Balance:
The balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Electronic bank transfer. Payment must be made in full before the release of any photographs or digital files.
Receipts:
Upon request, a receipt for the booking fee and/or final payment will be provided for your records.
